Time passes so quickly, the day I stepped into Dien Quang to work I just turned 20, but now I have stepped on the podium to receive a twenty-year dedication medal. After twenty years of work with many happy and sad memories. Dien Quang is like my second family. Remember the first day when I was a shy and unfamiliar girl in my twenties when I stepped into the Tube Light factory of Dien Quang Light Bulb Company to work. Remembering a time when we were young with so much enthusiasm, striving, trying to get to where we are today. Recalling the many happy and sad memories we had in our second Den Tube family. It's all like a slow motion movie playing back to me.
In 1992, fluorescent line 2 with the most modern automatic machinery and equipment at that time was invested and put into production by the company at the Tube Light factory. We, the descendants of employees working at fluorescent line 1, were accepted to work at fluorescent line 2. We had to apprentice for three months with an apprentice salary of 50,000 VND/month. After three months of studying theory and serious practice, then taking the certification exam, we can then become official workers. The initial production process also encountered many difficulties, but with a strong team of engineers, with the experience of parents, the aunts and uncles of the fluorescent line 1 supporting and with our youth, the fluorescent line finally Quang 2 was also as effective as the company's leadership expected. Our income is increased. Every month, in addition to salary, we also receive money to save on materials, recover materials... Movement activities on the occasion of March 8, March 26, October 20... the enterprise organizes exchanges, camping trips, Visiting and traveling... was exciting and exciting and made me remember it forever. To this day, my siblings and I sometimes sit together to review memories of our trips.
For many years, our Tube Light Factory has always been the leader in all movement activities launched by the company. On occasions when the company organized cooking competitions on the occasion of March 8 or sports festivals, we always won first and second prizes.
Stable income and a fun, friendly working atmosphere bond us more closely to the factory. None of us think about the day we will have to leave the factory. Then, due to the need to reorganize labor and equitize enterprises, some people quit their jobs according to Decree 41 and others stayed, tears and smiles mixed together. Factory equitization creates conditions to stand as a guarantee for people to borrow money from banks to buy shares. Some brothers and sisters ask to buy shares until the shares are priced to sell so they can buy a house and buy household appliances.
The old machinery of fluorescent line 1 was replaced by a bulb production line, and the company expanded the production of a compact lamp assembly factory. At one time, the factory's workers numbered more than a thousand people. Every time I finish a long shift, I wear a Dien Quang blue shirt. Working together, helping each other in emotional work has formed and developed, many couples of young men and women in our factory have become husband and wife. Also during this period, our products were exported to Cuba and Myanmar. I still remember that one month the factory exported more than ten containers of export goods. Goods coming in and out are busy. People work all the time without feeling tired. All departments and stages work with urgency to deliver goods on time. Our salaries and bonuses have also improved. We always think we will always be with the company until we reach retirement age like our father and uncle, but anything can happen that we don't foresee. The world economic recession that occurred in 2008, Dien Quang was not left out of the spiral, our Tube Light Enterprise was once again mixed with tears and smiles. All of my brothers and sisters joined the same batch as me and worked at the fluorescent line. Two people transferred to work at the Dong An branch, one quit to look for another job, the factory almost closed down, only the light jacket team remained.
This situation lasted for nearly a year, then the company's Board of Directors decided to restore the production line of compact balloons. Those of us who have stuck around until this point are both sad and happy, happy because we think of the bustling and developing factory like before, sad because we don't know whether we will complete the tasks assigned by the General Director, or whether we will complete them. duty only exists. After many efforts we finally succeeded. The balloon line has gone into stable production, monthly output has increased, your income is also stable, and the products produced are of good quality. We call this period: “revival and development”.
In the near future, the company's Board of Directors plans to expand production and assemble more high-capacity bulb production lines at the Lamp Tube factory. We hope that in the near future the enterprise will grow and develop like ever. I hope so.
