On October 20, 2022, Dien Quang organized a special program exclusively for employees on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day. The program was built with a variety of fun activities and experiences and received enthusiastic response from employees in the departments.
The program structure includes many different activities to create a healthy playground for all Dien Quang employees in general as well as help female employees enjoy a happy October 20th in particular, from which all employees can better understand Dien Quang's concern for each individual, especially women.
The program started with a series of Minigames with games such as Find the Wooden Couple, Snap Flag, Move the Iron Ring. All Dien Quang employees can participate and receive many attractive gifts such as masks, milk, spices, etc.

One of the most anticipated highlights of this special festival on the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day, October 20, is the cooking competition “Masterchef Dien Quang”. The competition consists of 8 teams, each team has 3 members randomly shuffled to create opportunities for interaction between different departments. The teams must prepare cooking utensils in advance and are not allowed to bring any ingredients to the competition.

The competition has 3 main parts. In part 1, the teams will draw lots to get the main ingredients such as chicken, beef, pork, etc. In part 2, 8 teams must compete to answer questions given by the organizers to increase the time to get additional ingredients such as vegetables, spices, etc. Finally, the teams will have 60 minutes to prepare, process and present the dishes from the ingredients they have obtained. The scoring criteria will include flavor, presentation, presentation of the dish and hygiene. The competition took place in a bustling, joyful atmosphere not only for the participants but also for the audience. The participating teams all completed their competition excellently and received worthy rewards.
