In June 2019, Dien Quang has just completed the construction and put into operation modern, highly automated production lines, machinery and equipment imported from countries with advanced technology such as Japan and Germany. With an investment of nearly 600 billion VND, Dien Quang high-tech factory is considered the largest factory in the lighting solutions industry.
The invested items include: the office area is designed with an open, friendly space, maximizing the creativity of employees; the showroom area is designed to simulate real lighting spaces of all lighting fields; the lighting experience discovery area (Dien Quang Discovery) - the first lighting museum in Vietnam that converges the most modern lighting technologies in the world.
The production block is equipped with modern, synchronous production lines, including: Led chip production workshop on automatic production lines of ASM Germany; SMT workshop with 8 modern production lines of Panasonic, Yamaha Japan; lamp assembly workshop with 5 automatic production lines that can assemble all types of lamps from small to large.
The Research and Development Center with over 2,000 m2, fully equipped with modern facilities, consists of young experts and engineers who are creative, quick to grasp new technology and modern consumer trends, creating breakthrough ideas and initiatives in the design of smart, high-tech lighting products and solutions.
The modern testing laboratory system meets the international standard ISO/IEC 17025, performing the measurement - inspection - testing functions to serve the research, development and quality control in the most rigorous manner. The testing laboratory is equipped with the main systems including: Gonio-photo-meter system to build charts, distribute light intensity of lighting equipment; EMC system to test electromagnetic compatibility of products; special equipment to simulate harsh environments to test product durability.
“With a total production capacity of 140 million products per year, Dien Quang completely masters LED chip manufacturing technology, thereby closing the production chain from input materials to finished products to the market,” Mr. Hung shared.
