On December 21, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism coordinated with a number of units to organize a Digital Transformation Conference at hotels to support businesses in accessing comprehensive smart solutions and devices in restaurants, hotels as well as online marketing, promotion and e-commerce activities. At the conference, Dien Quang participated in sharing a lot of useful information about "Artistic lighting and comprehensive smart solutions for hotels and resorts."
Applying digital technology to tourism is necessary and inevitable.
Applying digital technology to develop smart tourism is an inevitable trend and a priority direction of global tourism. Not outside this trend, Vietnam has been proactively taking advantage of opportunities from the 4th Industrial Revolution to develop smart tourism, aiming at sustainable development of the country's key economic sector.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Hieu, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, said that the city's tourism industry is proactively transforming digitally and actively participating in the 4th Industrial Revolution, with the goal of forming a smart tourism ecosystem connecting subjects from tourists, service providers and state management agencies. After nine months of fully reopening tourism activities, up to now, Vietnam's tourism in general and the city's tourism industry in particular have recovered at a fairly fast pace and are developing rapidly. In particular, accommodation establishments play a very important role in the recovery of the tourism industry in general."

During the seminar, Dien Quang representatives introduced an overview of the outstanding features in lighting design for different projects, through specific products and evidence, suggestions and modern methods of lighting design.
