On the morning of December 26, the strategic partnership signing ceremony marking the birth of 3 independent members of the B2B block took place at the Dien Quang High-Tech DQH factory in the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park. This event marked the official establishment of 3 units: Project X (QuasarLum Company), Project Y, Project Z (Dien Quang Smart Company) into independent companies taking on the role of developing B2B projects.
With the aim of enhancing the independent operating capacity of different business segments, implementing the growth plan of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company in the near future. In addition, the Company also realizes that the establishment of subsidiaries will help create initiative and strong development momentum for Dien Quang Group. Accordingly, through discussion and consideration based on the cooperation needs and capacity of different departments, Dien Quang decided to establish three independent companies specializing in implementing and developing B2B projects.
The departments of the 3 projects X, Y, Z with new roles will coordinate to work, ensuring the provision of lighting design services or smart control for solutions for projects with high complexity, or requiring special effects to satisfy user emotions, customers requesting Dien Quang to design from start to finish, or important projects that Dien Quang Group requires units to coordinate to implement.
The newly established companies are expected to build comprehensive cooperation between the three subsidiaries to support, resonate with each other for development, create close, long-term, practical, sustainable cooperation and look in the same direction on the principle of equality and efficiency. In addition, B2B members will always respect the strategies, goals and business plans of the participating parties, and at the same time maximize the potential, strengths and resources of each department to develop together and bring about the highest efficiency, contributing to the overall development of Dien Quang Group.

Mr. Dang Tien Minh - Head of Project Y said at the ceremony: "Today's signing ceremony will officially approve a set of technical codes of conduct to guide specialized business for each unit, in the spirit of respecting the codes of conduct to target customers and bring the highest benefits to the parent company."
Mr. Pham Le Minh - Head of Project Z (Smart Dien Quang Company) spoke at the ceremony: "With the strengths of each unit in the B2B block, in lighting design, smart solutions as well as developing Indoor and outdoor projects, along with the determination of the leadership of Dien Quang Company, the new companies were officially established to achieve the biggest goal of operating well business activities and bringing revenue to Dien Quang Group."
