I. PURPOSE.
On the occasion of its 50th birthday, Dien Quang dedicates a special MV BEYOND LIGHTING with catchy melodies and modern dances performed by two Gen Z singers, DiDi and rapper Lang LD. With the goal of creating connection and spreading the MV, the Communications Department organizes a mini game "DANCE REALLY WELL, GET PRIZES" to create a hot trend on social networks.
TEST CONTENT:
Step 1 | Contestants will make a video of themselves dancing to an existing dance. The sample video link will be sent to the Company's internal communication channels. (Can be individual or in pairs/triples/quads/tops). |
Step 2 | Post the contest clip on your personal page (tiktok, facebook) in public mode, each team/individual can only use 1 account to participate and include the hashtag #DienQuang50years #Beyondlighting #DienQuang Then send the link to BTC. |
Step 3 | Posts with the highest interaction (*) will have the chance to receive valuable gifts from BTC (*) How to calculate points: o Facebook: (post + reel) Interaction: 1 point/interaction; Share: 3 points/share/user), comment: 1 point o Tiktok: Heart: 1 point/interaction; Share: 3 points, comment: 1 point • Each personal page/group will be counted as one share. • The Organizing Committee will base on the total score of social media platforms to award prizes to the competing teams (Total score is calculated based on the total number of entries of each team) |
Note: All decisions regarding prizes will be made by the Organizing Committee. |
II. TIME:
• Contest period: June 10, 2023 – June 30, 2023 (Posts before or after this period will be invalid).
• Time to announce results and award prizes: July 5, 2023 – July 6, 2023.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
The participating teams are employees working at Dien Quang Group.
III. PRIZE STRUCTURE
• 03 prizes for most likes & shares and 10 consolation prizes
o 01 First Prize: 2,000,000 VND
o 01 Second Prize: 1,000,000 VND
o 04 Third prizes: 500,000 VND/each prize
IV. OTHER PROVISIONS:
• Contest videos do not have to be danced by individuals/teams, nor do they have to be directly performed by employees. The content only needs to be the same as the 95% sample video and each account can only use 1 video to participate.
• Contest entries must be consistent with Vietnamese culture, customs, and laws, must not contain political elements, and must comply with Facebook and Tiktok content regulations.
• In case the posts use automatic interaction-increasing tools (view, like, comment) or use multiple accounts to participate, they will be considered fraudulent and the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the participation results.
• The Organizing Committee has the right to use images of the entries in communication and promotion of the program and brand.
